Holi Festivals will be celebrated on March 7th & 8th 2012. The Festival of Colours, is celebrated in the month of Phalgun on a full moon day. Holi is a festival of natural beauty. It is celebrated every year on the Purnima of Phalgun month. Holi is celebrated throughout the whole of India. Holi is celebrated by people throwing coloured powder and coloured water at each other. People walk down their neighbourhoods to exchange colours and spraying coloured water on one another. Holi is a religious spring festival that is celebrated by Hindus, right after winters and is one of the major festivals of India.
